A self-confessed lover of all things digital, Rohit comes with over 2 decades of rounded experience in managing businesses across television, print, mobile and digital. Business Head of several reputed organisations like Netcore Solutions, Hindustan Times, Star TV, Zee TV and Founder of new age start-ups including Digimo Innovations & Mobilox, Rohit brings to the table human insights that are deep-rooted and market-led. Armed with experience across brands like HUL, Castrol, Eureka Forbes, Ambuja Cement, Colgate and many more, he is now waiting to sink his teeth into the SmallBig business of ideas. Of course, otherwise you’ll find him smashing away at the badminton court!

A proud Bhopali, Atul’s love for Hindi and Hinglish is only equaled by his keen interest in diving deep into the Indian psyche. She’s a poet and a writer, she’s a dreamer and an observer. But don’t let all these labels fool you. This Grammar Nazi and Insight-Hunter is a tour-de-force when it comes to creating campaigns that disrupt. Having honed her skills at agencies like Ogilvy & Mather, Leo Burnett, Triton, Publicis Beehive, Quadrant and many more, she’s now ready to up her game. At work and at Instagramming too, which she’s a master of, by the way!

What’s new, what’s fresh, what’s relevant. This lady has the answers. Armed with a PhD in Marketing, Daphne is a tightrope walker who has straddled the worlds of marketing management and brand communication with equal ease. Her journey on with companies like Raymond Ltd., Parle Products Ltd., Tata Chemicals Ltd., Cotton Association of India, Anheuser Busch , Brand Finance etc. spanning 18 years add to another 7 years in advertising agencies like Publicis Beehive and Triton Communications . The only time she’s not creating a kick-ass brand strategy is when she’s dreaming about a walk in the clouds!

KARAN MAMTORA

Young Karan is as enthusiastic about paying random visits to the beach as he is about creating not-so-random design magic. Having worked on brands like Red Chief, SBI, Asian Paints and Star Network, this MBA in Business and Art will surprise you by creating superlative design on PowerPoint and kickass presentations on Illustrator.
